The only thing that is constant is change, and we embrace this philosophy in our product design. We are constantly striving for a better, more eco effective way to create products that are just as effective, if not better than traditional hair wax, pomades and clays. The products that we have launched with are just the beginning. You can expect to see our ingredients, packaging, and more change over time as we further research, iterate and collaborate with our customers and experts to create the best performing, most sustainable range of products available in the world.

 

Our Packaging

We have chosen to use aluminium tins over plastic for our hair wax tins, due to the fact that Aluminium is infinitely recyclable. Tins can be recycled over and over again without degrading. In fact nearly 75% of the aluminium produced since the materials discovery is still in use today. Once manufactured, aluminium can be recycled repeatedly, using only 5 percent of the energy, and generating only 5 percent of the emissions, associated with primary production.

We believe that this is good, but still not good enough. We are committed to funding and exploring research in packaging innovations, and listening to our customers ideas, to find a truly cradle-to-cradle packaging solution.

 

Our Shipping Boxes

Our shipping boxes are made from 100% recycled card stock and we manufacture these in the UK using an FSC certified supplier.

 

Our Ingredients

Our ingredients are all natural and we outright do not use mineral oils, or any other crude oil derived ingredients in our products. Nor do we use parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances.

We have a responsibility to source and buy from raw material suppliers that produce ingredients in a sustainable way, respect the environment, the animals and the people living and working in the supplies’ region. We are always looking at ways to improve our ingredients supply chain and ingredients themselves.

 

Cruelty Free Registered

We are a registered Cruelty Free company and as such we do not test our products on animals. We also only buy ingredients from suppliers that do not test on animals. Nor do we distribute to countries that require animal testing for compliance.
